I increased the true length of passwords from 8 characters to 16 recently.
Previously, even if you entered more than 8 letters/numbers in your password only the first 8 were checked.
If you're having trouble logging on then please either enter just the first 8 characters or use the 'forgotten' password feature to confirm what your password is.
