Ferrari speeding around london as always...

Never have understood why london seems to attract exotics tearing around the city. I mean they even travel from the middle east just to do it to . I know some dont tear around, some cruise around and around and around.
Then only last week a youtube video was released of a 50+ million £ GTO speeding through the city.
Well this happend today, only a matter of time. Not a 30 mph crash at all.
