Straightforward to code the map using Google maps API and javascript. No idea about WordPress but I imagine that you can add a google map and include your own javascript and css ?

The tricky bit isn't drawing the shape on the map, it's constraining the (presumably SQL) query behind it using geospatial search

As he said, the google map API and other Maps offer this built in https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/j...

Have a look at wordpress plugins and see if you can find one that does it.

Rightmove do a better job of it than that site you linked to by the way.

Well that little estate agent would just pay a company to write their website.

true but thinking if it was hard then it may be a lot of money to pay for that feature - i imagine rightmove have massive amount of developers on theirs. will check out the google maps api thanks
