Small indentation from where roof rack feet sat- help

Tiny. Can see on both sides.

Is there something I can do to 'pull' these out?

Solution: Put roof rack back on!

Is it on the roof or the A to B to C pillar rail?

C pillar rail that runs Longitude. Is it a simple dent puller bloke job?

I may be wrong, but normally don't they stick a glue dot with a spike onto it and pull it. Or in extreme cases weld spikes onto the metal and pull?
