Information about history and pricing opinions would be well received please.

Considering OPC prices it looks reasonable value, has the option set I'd like but not really the ideal interior with colour coded bits where carbon would look nicer IMO, but given mortals aren't allowed to buy new I guess we have to find what we can smile. It seems to be really nicely kept for the 5k only miles.

I'm looking to get a car exactly like this over the next few months, 50:50 cash/balloon -- what sort of interest rates can people get? I'm getting 6.5% opening offer which is obviously high considering base rates.

Finally, any manual, pccb, clubsports out there that aren't white/black or silver I'd really appreciate the tip.

You still want a manual Andy after the 996gt2 ? PDK is great in a 991.2gt3, it suits the car imo

Great choice for your next motor anyhow

I think so yeah. I know these dualclutch boxes are incredible but I have the DCT on my M5 everyday car and it's ideal for that and in manual paddle mode superb, I just think that the engagement especially with "autoblip" should be spot on for a 9krpm screamer.

The main piece of history on that car is that it sold about the time lockdown started before reappearing on their website recently at a lower price.

As the owner of a Lava Orange manual CS 991.2 GT3 I can fully understand your desire to own one. Mine is not for sale !

Does anyone know what it went for last time?

Also, at just shy of 127k where's the price in people's opinions here who know about such things? There's a lot of uncertainty ahead, good chance of a deep recession which is very likely to hit prices so I'm somewhat nervous about buying now, presumably others may also be?

Trade bids on that would be on average around £115k /£117k ???

Good spec, good miles for year and nice colour (if your not liking the painted interior you can procure the full OEM carbon interior kit for buttons in the scheme of things so hardly a big deal

Imo, if you got that for £125k it’s a good buy but I’m sure others will say you can poss pinch one for less..

Similar cars within opc network are still around £129k+ I believe

Great cars and good luck

Judging by what a lot of the marque specialist stock pages are saying, things are selling. So if it’s the right spec and price for you my advice would be to get it brought and start enjoying it rather than waiting a few months in the hope of possibly saving a few quid.

It was advertised for £132k ish I think....although maybe it was SoR and just went back to the owner and didn’t sell ? It’s been back on sale for three weeks now...you should be able to buy that for less than £125k in my opinion. There are loads of GT3’s around and I doubt there’s a form trade bid for one right now. I wouldn’t pay more than £120k.

Funny enough my target price was near 120. What sort of interest rates are people getting with 50% down?

I'm sure they read this forum 😂

I’m sure they do....I know the former Sales Manager at my OPC used to read it all the time.

I rang up about it.
You will be owner number five if you buy it, which when you come to sell someone will be put off buy being owner number 6.
Like you say it needs the orange internal trim changing, but other than that it is a good spec.
However, I have been looking for a GT3 club sport for a couple weeks now and none of them are selling, some are looking at dropping the prices, as cars I rang up about, three weeks ago and they did not want to move on price, have rang me back asking if I would like to offer.
I would not want to pay more than 122K for that car.
My advise would be just hang on a couple of weeks, they are about to announce the 992 GT3, then people who are lucky enough to get a slot will look to move on their cars, so there will be a lot more coming to the market.
Thats when I will get one, unless there is a reasonable priced example come up before then, white, pccb, manual or pdk.
Fingeres crossed.

A 2017 991.2gt3 sub say 9k miles with good spec at 122k would be a good buy, good luck with your search..

The GT Silver car at 120K has been up for sale for a while.
It has all the bits needed, PCCB, buckets, etc.
I can not understand why this is still for sale and shows the state of the market.
I like the Hillmore white car, but the price will have to come down before I make a move on it.

Think the going rate is around 6.5-6.9% or at least it was before lock down with the likes of oracle and magnitude.

Talk to Clydesdale Bank, they have very reasonable rates. They have an asset finance arm (https://secure.cbonline.co.uk/private/banking/#p6) were doing around 4% possibly lower if an existing customer.

Ah ok cool thanks -- that's a PDK. I guess an attractive price but really I was looking for a manual. Looks like a lovely set of options though, someone properly took a bath on that one. Perhaps there's a chance people like us who buy to use for a few years might even be able to buy new soon smile
