N47 non starter

Hi all, read a few posts here and thought I'd add my own woes...
Here goes..
BMW 116d 2009 n47d20a
Car was running rough then gave up. Metal filings in fuel tank and no rail pressure. Code 4630 I think
Swapped high pressure fuel pump (which I had tested and is fine) 4x injectors also known as working.
I cannot get any rail pressure now and have bled it from the tank to the hpfp and fuel returns back to tank but no rail pressure.
My rail pressure sensor is reading 4.7v, 0.3v, 0v
I'm stuck basically
