Fancy a nice pad to go with the car, you’ll probably win on the “best garage” thread too, only sticking point for me is the price.......welcome to the Porsche Design Tower.

4:3 screen, stereo in ceiling speakers....I’m with you on that one. What a waste.

Top quality cgi then, especially as it was finished 3 years ago.

Most of the interiors (all of the apartment and some of the communal areas) and some of the exteriors are CGI. Difficult to tell how good they are as they are so pixelated but confident that my team produce better smile

You’d go in there and the wallpaper would be peeling no doubt

My mistake then, I was going by the various YouTube videos of it.
Still thinks it’s an impressive thing, if I can talk them in to a discount of around £24.4m I might go in with a cash offer...........

Do you think a cheeky bid of £4.50 might take them unawares?

Look at the previous generation Conti GT in the images. Would not want to be seen dead close to such poor neighbours...

It's not the way I'd want to live if I could spend c.£26m on a property but on the whole it's quite nice I guess. If the annual service charge isn't more than the value of my house + 996 I'll be impressed!

Slightly off topic and nowhere need the cost. But I know of a showroom display (it all worked but never used) of brand spanking new Sub Zero appliances .... that when the initial U.K. distributer went bust the boss of the shop told an employee to sell the lot at best price.

So she popped the lot on eBay with a 99p starting bid .... it sold for £200, the true value of which was way north of £60K.

It cost the buyer more in delivery charge to remove it than he’d paid for the lot. biggrin

It was 'you' wasn't it.

Shall we call you Mr Sub-Zero from now on?

Hmmm, I was tempted to make on offer, but then saw it was only 4 bedrooms.

Do you get a Porsche design hat thrown in for free?

Utterly ghastly. Who on earth needs that much garage space on a top floor flat?
