Heater/Blower Fan not working -Vantage V8 4.3 2006

Hi Everyone - I have searched extensively (I think)and I can't seem to find any info on resolving the heater/aircon fan not working. Apologies if I am numptey and there is a thread.

The rotary dial started to play up intermittently and then stopped working so no fan blowing at all now. The dial appears to be working in that in the display when you turn it the fan speed goes up and down. My assumption is that it is the actual blower unit

How easy is to change and could anyone point me to some info about how to do.
