Synology NAS quickconect Problem

Any Synology gurus on here?

The Quickconnect login has suddenly stopped working to login over the internet. Nothing changed from my end. Was working OK last night.

I can log in over LAN using 192.168.0.1 etc but not using the quickconnect method.

I’ve reset the NAS and router, and obviously they are connected as I can use it perfectly over LAN.

I’ve had a look on the Synology website and checked a few settings they recommend (DNS, firewall etc) but no change.

Anyone got any ideas, or have you been having problems with it?
