Hope somebody can help. Had a copy of the book but it's suspiciously gone walkies.

I'm looking to do the Doner Kebab recipe. I've manged to find the meat and chilli parts online but I haven't found the garlic/white sauce recipe.

If you've a copy of the book an chance you could post up the white sauce recipe?
