Scuff/chip repair cost.

I'd be trying a touch up pen, some fine sand paper, and a polisher myself. Some of them may even come out with just a polish.
To do them properly, you'll need to have the panels resprayed (at a bodyshop) and it could end up getting pricey. If you don't care too much about the car and/or don't have great eye sight, a smart repairer may be able to make them look better.
Personally if the touch up and polish doesn't work, I'd just live with them. My Porsche has picked up a few scuffs/chips from going on track/being old and so I've just convinced myself that I like a car with patina!
