Hi People,

I want to buy some rattle cans for a project (road bike) but would need the make, model and colour code to be able to order.

Can anyone suggest a nice metallic British racing green colour from make*, model* to help me out?

I have been struggling with this for while and just going round in circles.

If anyone has suggestions of where to get good rattle cans in the UK that would also be greatly appreciated.

I only need the base coat as have already primed and undercoated, I also already have some 2K clear.

Many thanks in advance for the help.

Aidy.

Funnily, I have a similar long term plan for my steel hardtail enduro bike...only option was Black, and I wanted a more interesting colour.

So a respray beckons in the future.

This colour:

With tan grips and saddle and some orange Hope bits.

Thanks for all the replies and help.
I actually managed to find a place open in Bradford called auto paint that were really helpful. I went in person and they handed me a book with around a 1000 versions of dark metallic green and mixed the cans up while I waited. I ended up with this one;

It turned out a little darker than I imagined but I still really love it.

The result before lacquer;
