Son bought new front and rear pads for his Transporter from Eurocar parts. He imputed his reg number on their website to get the correct ones and organised click and collect.

Anyway, front pads turned out to be the wrong ones, so he drove back to the shop the next day to return them as he’d bought the correct ones from a different supplier. On arrival he was told he couldn’t until after COVID 19 was finished. Obviously there’s probably good reason for this, but seems a little strange considering he only collected them from the same person the day before. Anybody else had the same issue?

Their T&Cs say:
"Returns. In line with government advice, we’re still advising people to stay at home until it’s safe to make non-essential travel again. As such, we’re extending the date for when we will start receiving returns again. We’re still operating a 365-day exchange and return policy which will reset once we’re able to offer returns and exchange safely again."

Get your son to ask them when that will be.
Be a PITA if it was a high price item.

Another company taking the piss and using this covid st as an excuse. Quite happy to sell parts but then wait ages before any refund and hiding behind government guidelines.
I have a list of companies I will most definitely not be using in the future - this one has now been added.
