Good afternoon, I have a problem with my Aston Martin DB9 2007 release.
At idle, the car cowards and vibrates with a metallic sound. It's like something is hanging out.
When the engine warms up, the sound and vibration become stronger.
I have been to many services, no one has found a problem.
Please help to figure it out!

Misfire?

The dreaded tick?

I think it would help to post a video.

Here is the sound video

I will describe the situation:
The engine starts to shake when it warmed up a bit.
At idle and up to 1200 rpm, the car is shaking.
When you start driving and the speed exceeds 1000-1200 rpm,
the sound of shaking is not heard.
Sometimes when you start to press on the gas pedal, the engine seems to choke, begins to mutter.
After 3000 rpm, the problem goes away, but definitely the car is driving very poorly compared to what it was before.
At the same time, when I started the car in the cold, a whistle appears somewhere, from the engine, or from the exhaust.
And also it seems to me that there is a tick.

It sounds very similar to my Dad's car when I went to collect it after his passing and knew nothing of the DB9. The car vibrated at idle in neutral but got worse when in drive & warm. It was accompanied by a rattle from underneath the car. Sometimes on accelerating the car would misfire & flutter and a metallic sound which sounded like a loose heat shield. No warnings on the dash.

After much learning off this forum I decided it was new plugs & coils needed. The misfire monitor was not activated so no emission warning on the dash. The rattle from under the car was the misfire unbalancing the driveshaft inside the torque tube. New plugs & coils solved mine.

Sounds like you have a misfire. When were the coils and plugs last changed ?
