Consumer rights when buying a car via LTD company
Discussion
I know that if a brand new car is bought personally and the car has major issues a buyer has 30 days to formally reject the car for a refund from the dealership.
Anyone know if this applies to buying a car via a LTD company too? What are the rights for rejecting a car if it has issues when bought via a company?
Thanks

I am by no means an expert, but I think in these cases, a court would look at what contract is in place - I presume there is one between the dealer and the LTD company? Does it mention anything about warranties and remedies?
I also think goods need to be fit for purpose etc, but the burden of proof of faults existing at purchase point is reversed, so you would need to prove the fault existed rather than the dealer that it didn't.
Trading Standards have some helpful advice on B2B transactions that might be worth looking at.
