Looks great !
Soon you'll be out scaring chavs and little old ladies.

I drove under a bridge tonight, where a group of youngsters were having a chat.
The noise (in second) nearly deafened me, never mind them.

Is this the only type of car that reduces middle-aged old farts to giggling schoolboys ?

Nice. No boot spoiler though. I thought they were "standard" on the 400/450SE's?

Mine has a factory fit elec. aerial, and spoiler, and yes, the spolier would hit the aerial if the boot was opened whilst the aerial was up. But at long as you turn the ignition off when you've operated the boot switch, there's no problem. Alternatively, just change the aerial for a short fixed length bendy one.

Boot spoilers were only one of the many options available when you ordered your new car from TVR.

My uncle has a 400SE without a boot spoiler and to be honest I quite liked it without one. Side by side it looked just as good, its all down to taste.

My uncle searched high and low for a 400 without a spoiler, he just feels that it ruins the shape. I don't mind either way.

Nice car though, see you at BBWF.

My 350I has a 390 type spolier and an electric aerial....some months ago whilst working in the garage with the boot up... switch the radio on for some music.... then close the boot...ouch 35 quid down the drain....

Got an original new / old stock Zender aerial off ebay for £12 some time ago - keep a look out.

My 390 doesn't have a boot spoiler, and I don't mind at all. Less drag, and less to wash
