It says it's 1200 ish sq ft but from the rear elevation it looks enormous.

I've actually watched most of his videos on YouTube and I was really disappointed to read after enjoying all the videos that he was actually a bit of a git in real life to his family.

Strangely the Estate Agents have omitted to mention the properties most redeeming feature being the mine shaft pit FD sunk in the rear garden.

Presumably this was to provide the much needed coal to keep the ex locomotive boiler he so generously installed for his first wifes birthday present...central heating lol.

Indicated the 'period' features but quick to add modernisation was possible ( wow who could have worked that out) & managed to get in the current buzz-phrase 'working from home' & on the assumption a bleeding great mine is still on site avoided any mention of it. So how did they miss out 'sustainability', environmentally friendly', 'fair trade', carbon footprint' & of course 'diversity' to ensure no demographic feels left out or God forbid disrespected in being invited to view..

It's three beds, the rooms are small, the interior needs gutting, it fronts direct onto the road in Bolton and the outside needs a lot of work. But yes, if it was in a different county in a wealthy town 50 miles away it would be worth more.

The saddest part of the whole story is that it was a museum after he died, with his workshop and engines still in place.

Sadly closed the other year and a collection which had taken decades of work to build went under the auctioneers hammer.
