PCM not storing contacts or calls

My 3yo Macan has stopped storing contacts and past calls. The jukebox is still there, and it remembers recently visited places in the navigation function, and it does at least link with my phone, but nada when it comes to caller id and the ability to press the voice activation and ask it to 'call home'. I've unpaired the phone, tried another phone, but always the same. Any ideas?

If it’s not that is it just a phone or pcm setting?

I was hoping to avoid resetting as I'll lose the jukebox content, which took ages to install. No other way?

You could ask that question to PTech in the comments.

Try downloading the contacts list manually - I have the same issue when pairing iPhone since a few versions ago - you may have to accept a few requests on the handset while downloading.....
