Hello Peter. Pretty sure the one you want is 'Fast and Furious'. I have watched it 8 million times (no lie) and it was the vid that made me want a Cerbera. It is in a box in the loft at the mo so cannot confirm the title; I think it came out around 9 years ago?
Thing is - the Cerbs has been in many of the Clarkson vids, so without knowing which particular one you are referring to, its difficult to name the vid.
