Need to do my front discs, I’ve got a mate with all the kit who’s going to give me a hand at his place.

Ordering the parts on line there are three different sizes of disc. Is there anyway of knowing which size I need without sticking it up on my suicide jack, taking a wheel off and measuring?

It’s a 56 plate V70 D5 (185) AWD.

Two bits of thin woods through the wheel like a big vernier caliper save you getting the wheel off.

My recommendation would be to source the carriers from the larger (mid-size) disks anyway. It's the only difference on P2 cars. The largest disks are police-spec cars. You are very unlikely to have those.

Simplest way is to get a tape measure on them and you’ll get a close approx size.

VIDA may help give you a guide.

What size options do you have 300/320?

285, 305, 320.

Think I’ll just have a wheel off this weekend to be sure.

I'd recommend double checking but I've been told AWDs were all 305 anyway.

305mm all day long

For certain it won’t have the later 320mm
