VW Caddy 2014 - fitting Sat Nav & Steering Controls

So me again!
Now my friend has asked me to source a Sat Nav and a new steering wheel with controls on for his van.
Its a 2014 Volkswagen Caddy C20 Startline Tdi 1.6.
I was hoping to get some advice on whether that is an easy enough thing to change (for his mechanic, not me!) and if we would need to source any more parts than just the two things he has asked me to find.
His interior is like the first photo and now he wants it to be like the second one.
After stopping myself from saying it, I can understand that many of you may be thinking that perhaps he should have just bought that model to start with.
But it is done now!
