Who cares how it drives. Has an interior colour ever looked so utterly awful.
How on Earth were so many 993’s saddled with blue trim ? I don’t recall it being in vogue or fashionable - ever.. Did Porsche have tanker loads of this colour they needed to shift? They were still peddling the stuff with the 996. Admittedly, toned down, mixing in some black and describing as Metropole blue. Still naff.

Blue was the colour to have back in 95 like that awful cream colour was massively in vogue in the 964 era !
The problem with the S was the springs and shockers were an RS/GT2 part and way too stiff for UK roads, a simple swap for Bilstein PSS10 transforms it and the rest of the S suspension works great with them,
For those wishing to anorak on the 993 turbo S there is an awesome post here on Rennllst with all the lovely details

This came up recently when discussing a regular 993 Turbo. Something to do with the interior code for blue being very similar to something else. Personally I think the blue works well with the silver and on a car like this is far preferable to black.
I like dark blue with silver, although that blue looks a bit too gaudy and bright - probably the lighting. It’s the carbon fibre I dislike.
Also, travelled fro London to Birmingham and back in a 993 TTS many years ago, as a passenger, and it wasn’t particular comfortable or relaxing- standard 993 a nicer road car.
