National Glazier won't come repair my lock

So i've always read this section and hoped i would never need to post - but
2 years into 10 year guarantee on "windows and doors" from a major company
. Now my back door (main entrance) won't lock. We've tried everything but alas no luck. So i tried to call the company on Sat and i was met with the same answer phone message of "We are closed - call back Mon-fri etcetc". I managed to fashion a temporary measure to stop anyone pulling the handle down but of course my insurance won't agree to this as being secure.
I tried today to be told "due to covid-19 we are closed". I've gone back to them asking if i can call out a locksmith, pay then ask them for reimbursement but not had an answer yet.
I've read the T&Cs and im covered and all it says is repairs will be made during mon-fri etcetc and not on weekends.
So am i within my rights to get a 3rd party to fix AND THEN ask for them to reimburse me - and what are the chances of this and where do i stand legally?

Just get your property secured and have the row later, for the sake of what, a couple of hundred quid, wouldn't you rather just have your house safe ?
Who knows what they will say ? What we can say though is if you are robbed through those doors and it comes to light, don't expect your insurer to pay out.
If you had broken a window and was in this position what would you do ? Live with a hole or get someone in ?

I was just going to say the same. We were in the same boat & just got the local geezer to pop out. All sorted by tea time.
