Hi.
Can anyone help me with a problem on a 2011 BMW 320ED there is a common fault on the wiring loom that effects the brake booster pressure sensor(stop/start) and the A/C pressure sensor. The auto sparks says it is not the sensors they check out, but a break in the loom.
I need a wiring diagram showing the cable routing of the loom if thats possible.

There is no shared feeds on them two components and they terminate at different ecus in different locations.
They are in vaguely similar locations - both on the left hand side of the engine bay- and the wiring probably follows a similar route across the bottom of the windscreen to the right hand side where on wire will go the the engine ecu and the other will go into the bulkhead to behind the glovebox. If you have got damage on both the wires - chances are it’s along that section under the windscreen as that’s the only section where the two wires are likely to be within the same loom

I’d be more inclined to believe the brake vacuum sensor has failed as they often went wrong on the 2011 cars and your air c on is low on gas or overfilled

The reason the ac doesn't work is this error - 9c69 Rear cabin stratification adjuster.
I took of the back vent cover of my centre console and noticed the wires going to the strafification adujustor are trapped under the centre console 10mm bolt! Took the bolt off and released the wires and noticed part of them are bare and touching each other. Repaired them and covered them with new tape and cleared the error and it was gone! Checked the refrigerant pressure and it gave the correct pressure and finally tested the ac and it worked

Wiring diagrams can be found here, after entering the last 7 digits of your chassis number.

I've found the wire colours do not always match up on my F10 but for pin out numbers on connectors etc its good and wiring can be traced back from there.
