Constant squinting
Discussion
Hi all.
Just wondering if this is normal really, i have good vision and dont wear glasses or anything, i dont know if this is down to me spending a lot of time on my smartphone or my eyes going bad but..
Basically when i go outside i feel like even when the suns not directly out im squinting a lot as the light almost hurts my eyes for example, its the same sitting in my conservatory, i can barely sit in there due to having to squint, also when its dark and im driving i feel like i really have to concentrate on the road.
The weird thing is i can see everything and nothing blurry.

Few years ago, but like i say i have no problem with clarity or seeing things its just when its bright i have to squint, even when its not sunny.
I would still get them checked if it's been more than 2 years. It's not only about how clearly you can read things they also check the health of your eyes and can pick up issues which you may be unaware of and can be treated much easier if caught early.
