HSBC Feeder Application Process Insight

I was hoping that somebody who has gone through the HSBC Feeder Account application/opening process could give those of us waiting some insight into what happens, what is required from us (do I need Tax Returns and the company's finance history etc), what questions are asked of me or my employees or perhaps what questions are worth me asking them at that time (since feedback seems to be scares from Banks).

As an Ltd Director with a personal account at HSBC but no business account this route suits me best. I made a preliminary application, they took details of my name, phone number, email address, the business' name and nature of the business (I was told this is because some types are excluded from getting the loan e.g. Schools). Now I am...waiting. No time estimate could be given. The polite lady simply said they will contact me when they get to my application.

HSBC seem to be very variable. I registered for a feeder callback on 6th May and have not had a call yet despite numerous chase calls... Others have been more fortunate, especially those with existing HSBC accounts who have escalated, chased, complained etc.
