Macan Diesel S - Purchase price advice please

Neighbour selling his 1 owner 2015 Diesel S, he is asking £31K and im wondering whether thats about right or a bit high?
Its got about £13K extras inc 20” spyder alloys and pano roof. Sapphire blue, 35K miles and Porsche warranty for a few moths.
WBAC saying £25K what ever thats worth!

Had a Macan DS and brilliant everyday/all weather luxury SUV.
Not sure about current pricing. At one time the Diesel was the must have - fast, refined and economical - but they have dropped in popularity.
If you are keen to buy one then I think getting the right spec to suit your needs would be a priority. Personally I would recommend the Air and PASM.

I guess you know the car which is a plus, If I were you I would allow £2K for a 111 point OPC check and another 2 year warranty for peace of mind, and bid £28K.
Very nice cars but struggling value wise because of the bull over Diesel, which you must have noticed is quite cheap at present!!
