Shoei Cheek Pad Thickness?

The cheekpads in my NXR helmet have lost a little bit of their plumpness (or I've lost weight) and the helmet is just starting to lift ever so slightly at speed.

Unfortunately the sticker on the back side of the pads has worn off so I cant see what thickness pads it has supplied from the factory.

I'm assuming that they are all supplied at 35mm thick??

My Noetec II pads are 35mm

Different sizes come with different size cheekpads as standard. I'd try ringing Sportsbikeshop and getting them to advise.

I'll be ordering from SBS anyway so it probably is worth giving them a call first.

Any other time I would have just ordered a variety of thicknesses and sent back the ones which weren't suitable, but that isnt really feasible right now with the way things are.

Just to close this one out.

It would appear as though the standard pad thickness in the NXR's at least is 35mm

I ordered and fitted a set of 39mm cheekpads and the fit is as snug as a bug in a rug now.
