Clarkson's Ford on Top Gear
Discussion
Ha ha ha oh yes revenge is sweet...
It's having a bit of a crappy reputation going for itself now... Immobiliser has gone and he couldn't start it and the Satellite Tracking for if the car is stolen keeps going off...
Tut tut, shouldn't have given the Tuscan 2 an unfair review last week :hehe: the PH gods were always watching and justice would be done.
Dave.

Top Gear?....load of b*ll*cks more like!
So we get about 3 minutes of the Tuscan (being ridiculed
), but a whopping 24 minutes of what shopping car is liked by three old ladies
The apparent waiting list to be an audience member on that show is about 34 years (sic)
I'd be mighty p*ssed off if my turn had come up for tonights episode

yep, worst one yet, wtf was that crap about jumping a stretched limo? the funniest bit was when Mays mum mentioned low profile tyres and his resultant look of astonishment

The best bit by far was when it finished!
agreed, I wasn't impressed! and what the hell is the point wasting time on a car show about the history of each of the songs per week???? Are they running out of ideas??
Isn't the Sagaris coming up soon?
Be interesting how many ways they can slag that off
Maybe one of their Moms (maybe the one who looked like she was from "Planet Of The Apes"
) will try to put some petrol in it?

The only other funny bit in what was a poor show was when one of their mums was indicating when going round the track! It made me giggle

Interesting quote from Clarkson, if Ford don't sort it he is "going to come round and bone their dog". Not quite sure if we have hit a langauge barrier here but if he wanted to bone my dog I would be concerned not only for my pooch but also for clarksons mental stability!
I think he said "burn", although in his pseudo-cotswolds-yorkshire patois, it wasn't clear.
As for the program...it started badly, I laughed at Clarkson's GT problems, then it got steadily worse. These guys do NO real road-tests, and Clarkson thinks he can drive well?!?

Well he is a dog lover i suppose.
Didnt hammond have one of clarksons shirts on? That old man's morgan must be going to his head.

Quite surprised at the 'which one would you steal' comment.......I think he hastily rescued that one with a comment about how everybody under 25 is a car thief.
I enjoyed the shopping trollies though, and the Caddy review was good as well. I'd still like to see James May do more reviews though.
