Mail Centre Code Identification

Random question. Someone has sent me some nasty mail. I am trying to think of who it might have been but the mail centre stamp is unreadable. It says South something. I thought South Midlands but not sure. There is a code also, does anyone know if the code can identify the mail centre?

but just misses out the code you're after. If determined, you could pop them an email, I guess? There is an email I saw on it. Not the best laid out website.
