It will be an EB-66B which were used to provide ECM protection for the Thuds, until the arrival in Vietnam of the EF-105 Wild Weasel Thunderchief's which only flew their first mission in Vietnam the week before this photo was taken. https://www.historynet.com/sky-wars.htm

There used to be a squadron of RB-66 based at my local airfield, RAF Chelveston.
