Suggestions for next car?

One of my cars is up for sale - I'm still quite attached to it, so still not sure I actually want to sell it - but there has been some interest and if somebody turns up with the right amount of money I will let it go. (Probably!)
The are a few reasons for selling it - which obviously affect the choice of replacement. The main one is that it's not really an every day car - definitely a sunny weekend kind of car, and although it's brilliant at that (it's a Ferrari 360), you really have to be in the mood - and I want something that I can use as a semi-daily. I find I rarely use it these days - and more importantly, rarely find I want to. Plus, I have too much money tied up in cars, and spend too much running them - so I'd like to reduce that.
I'm not sure what to replace it with, and would welcome some suggestions. It must be something interesting, that I enjoy driving - but must also be useable daily even though it won't be used every day.
Ideally, it will be under £20k to buy - but for the right car I may consider up to £50k. However, I would prefer the running costs are not too silly and my preference is definitely to spend less.
Some cars that are / are not possibilities :
I like the current model MX5, and may well test drive one of them - but it is a bit small, and that might bother me. I did have an Alfa Spider (2007 model) for a couple of years and did like that.
Had an Aston Vantage for 4 years until last year and liked that - it's very tempting to get another one, but the parts prices can be silly and that makes me reluctant.
I don't want a Porsche anything - been there, done that.
Early R8 could be an option, but they don't really excite me - and actually may fail the criteria of being a good semi daily car.
Any suggestions? I'm hoping that if I start seriously considering the replacement, I'll be more willing to let the 360 go!

But I'd say a Corvette just over 20k gets you a C6 & they're simple to maintain aligned with slow depreciation it's a good pick & very much a drivers car:

Mustang is probably a no. I do like them, but would like a simple life - I don't need to be finding a trustworthy Mustang service place xxx miles away - that kind of thing is something I won't miss from the Ferrari.

F type is possible but I've always seem them as the cheaper Vantage choice. I don't mean they're cheap as such, but you get a much newer car for the same money and they're a similar type of car. Although logically they'd probably a better choice, I think I'd already choose an Aston over one. I should have a proper look at one though.

But you'd get a really good M Roadster within your bottom budget. They are all manual though so depending on what your occasional daily use might involve that might not be ideal.
An E93 BMW M4 gives the option of manual or DCT, but a Mercedes SL with a big engine and auto box ought to offer a degree of waft with a bit of thrust when you fancy it.
Given the range of your budget it probably depends on exactly what your priorities are.

Manual is ok and actually my preference. I will still have two other cars - one auto, one manual but with paddle gear changes - so I want at least one car where I still need to use a clutch.
Priorities are really that I like it enough to use it, and the running costs are a fair bit less than the Ferrari. Which actually has been very reasonable apart from the big bill it threw last year. But I'm aware that it could throw even bigger bills, and I'd like something where a 'big' bill is still pretty small!

Funnily enough, the first person who enquired about my car wanted to part ex a Bentley. Not something that appeals to me though.I've always liked the look of the Evora and although it's more than I really want to spend, they have a good reputation and I'm tempted to look at them.
Recommendation for your next car used car is a perfect idea. This is because buying a used car reduces your money. Not only that, but you can also find out the full details of your car. You can find out the complete history of that car by merely using the used car report websites and entering your car's registration number

at a cursory glance that thread reads very well for a lotus evora, plenty round and you'd expect theyve been looked after as theyre not german.

Although Evora / i8 etc. are on the list, I actually have some reservations about replacing the 360 with them - because I have a feeling I might still have the problem of not using them (and if I'm going to have a car I rarely use, I may as well keep the Ferrari).
The other car I use regularly is a sports car - and I like it very much. If I have a "cheap" runabout - e.g. the under £20k category, such as the MX5 - I believe I will use it. It will use far less petrol, cost (relatively speaking) pennies to run / fix, and I will be less bothered about where I take it (I'm quite paranoid about parking my nice cars where people can ding it with their doors).
However, if I go for something that's in a similar class to the 360 - i.e. a nice sports car - I'm not sure the situation will change. I'd certainly like an Evora, and I'd like to try an i8 - but I'm not sure they offer a big advantage over the Ferrari, so I wonder about the logic of changing to one of them.
I was thinking yesterday that if the 360 does go - I may actually delay the replacement for a while anyway. I'm currently WFH and that's expected to continue until 2021. Given that I will still have 2 cars, I probably don't need to rush to replace the third.

I do like them - and in fact, was behind one a year or so back and very impressed with the sound of it. More of a classic look than the MX5 too I think - certainly wouldn't rule them out. Although a quick look at the classifieds suggests there is limited choice!Abarth 124 ??
