Surface Pro 5/6 8GB/16GB?

Looking to pick up a used Surface Pro.

Any good sources beyond the obvious fleabay?

Thinking that there may little to choose between the 5 & the 6, but seeking out one with 16GB RAM may be worth the extra investment.

Any views?

I've had an i5 8GB 6 as my main home laptop for 10 months, haven't found a need for 16GB yet.

Laptops Direct sometimes have refurbs for sale.

Thanks. I think I've found a seller on the 'Bay (surface_specialist) who appears to know his onions.

16GB certainly helpful for video/photo editing and 3D workflows today, but overkill for most. I'm thinking that it may also help if/when future versions of Windows demand more and more resources as RAM isn't readily upgradeable on these.
