Windows laptop help - sort of locked out?

I have a problem I need to solve with my laptop.
It was fine up until a couple of weeks ago, access by 4 digit PIN number rather than password as it’s always been.
Then last week it started asking me for a password, which I don’t know because I inherited it during my divorce and since then it’s had my ex wife as the admin, and main account.
Like I say, it was fine but I need to enter the password to confirm the Ts and Cs. I can’t get the password. What can I do?

Not anymore. All I get at the moment is a ‘you must agree to these terms and conditions’ page, with the option to enter the password or a button which sends me back to the home screen, which asks for the pin, sending me to the ts and cs page.
I don’t have an account on there either, I’ve always logged in with hers because as I didn’t have the admin password, I couldn’t set myself one up, that’s always worked up until now.
I’d get some pictures but it’s in the garage at the moment so it’ll have to wait til tomorrow.
