Selling a modified car

Ive had a dealer value my car on part ex, looked around the car and only asked me if it had a full service history.
Car is modified and has a sticker on the back with the name of the tuning company and what level it is, and the exhaust is clearly modified as its loudish. The dealer is the same manufacturer as what my car is.
Its had quite a few things done but he didnt ask anything and now a deal has been struck, i dont want to lose out on the deal but i feel like i should tell them about the modifications?
For the record the mods are induction kit, exhaust, lowered, upgraded turbo actuator, intercooler and remap.
What would you do?

So you had you car appraised by the dealer and an offer made?
They can see and hear the mods. Chances are they'll bang it straight into the auction as they won't want to retail it. The mods if anything will have devalued your car.

Its only lowered a bit on black eibach springs so might look stock from that perspective.
Apart from the sticker the car looks relatively stock.

They might just bang a standard exhaust back on it I suppose. But if it's older than a couple of years, they'll just trade it.

They might put a standard exhaust on yeh but its the other mods im worried about, the lowering springs, the stage 2 remap etc.

Yep, it's not a concern to them because it's going to BCA.
How do you know? They sell cars older than 5 years old. (the particular branch im buying from is one of the branches shutting down though) but they still have tons of branches elsewhere.

Yeah, I'm struggling with this aswell. Some people are just weird.t what happens to it afterwards. I was worried that the dealer would pursue me for any untoward incidents that can be linked to the mods or dealer coming back to claim more money based on the fact that the car is not standard.
From memory I recalled the salesman commenting "that's a fruity exhaust" after a test drive and never mention anything after that. He didn't even ask about mods.
Touch wood till this day (it's been over 8 years) I haven't heard anything.
