Hi folks, i had my car serviced yesterday i left the car with the drivers window down, when i picked up the car all seamed fine, when i arrived at my parents house i noticed that the window didnt go down a little when i opened the door. Ive tried using the remote to raise and lower the windows, it doesnt but the sunroof opens and closes along with the mirrors off the key, the windows go down on one touch but wont come back up on one touch. The dealers answer to let the car sleep a few hours and try again. Ive tried opening with the button held down form 5seconds to 20 seconds to reset it but it isnst happening, this is the same results from two keys. I rang the dealer 3hrs ago to speak to the service manager, but she was on a callfrown my fealing will be tough weve had your money now fk off, or bring it back and we will charge as much as wel can to fix it...

Any ideas.

Do you think the dealer did something to the window, when carrying out the service ?

It probably has a faulty window motor.

I missed the both motors bit. Try re-initialising the motors.

Disconnect the battery ground for a few seconds, would be my first effort.

It’s something like that. BabyBmw forum will have the reset, or a quick Google will find it.
