Recommendation please for bodyshop/bumper repair

Hello all.
So I have scraped my front bumper when trying to get through a very tight gate at a tight angle and on a slope (excuses excuses). Yes, there are sensors and yes I still managed it
There doesn't appear to be any major damage, only superficial where some paint has been removed, and there is either a broken clip or it has come disconnected from one. It's not creased or dented and you can only see it is not fully in place when close up.
I don't particularly want to shell out a few grand to BMW to fit a new one (f90 M5), can anyone recommend a good place that can clip back in place and touch up/respray?
I'm in South East London, Eltham area.
