Long time lurker here - I'm looking for some help developing my new venture and seen how helpful everyone here is.

I've spent some time creating a shopify site, my first one so please be gentle ;-)

Apologies for the spelling mistake in the title, typing on a wet phone screen isn't the easiest of things.

It tells me what's wrong with other phone cases, but nothing concerning what's good about yours. Your FAQS has one question, which is about postage times.

What's with eco bullst? You don't actually explain why you're eco. Drop it, or explain why you're more eco than most.

It would also ne helpful if the first thing I read is some very succinct prose why I should buy your stuff over the myriad Chinese produced crap on amazon for a fraction of the cost...

Do you better protect?
Is it better for environment?
Part of profits to charity?
Eco system of cases that double as mounts?

It's nice looking but tells me nothing about why I should buy from you... And it needs a solid proof read. Some shocking grammar errors.

I like the concept, could you possibly have another page about the brand / what gave you the idea and even how products are made etc ?

Have you thought about iPad cases too ?

Out of curiosity you have 5k followers on your instagram page and only 3 your following. Is this some kind of service you pay for ? Asking as trying to grow a Instagram business page myself,

Did you create the website yourself, what programme did you use ?

Thanks appreciate the feedback. This is was the first attempt at trying to work out how the shopify system works and how the final site should be laid out.
In terms of the content I've been trying to do some albeit brief research into SEO- from what I've seen keywords are important hence the over use of terms like 'biodegradable' or 'eco'. Originally I wanted to stay as far away from that kind of thing as possible as I know myself that things like that would put me off. The aim is to create a product that is eco friendly but doesn't shout about it - I know at the moment, it's far from that!

Yeah, but is it eco-friendly? The site doesn't tell anyone how it's different from anything else.

Ipad and android cases will hopefully be the next step.

Yes it was a service- at the moment the whole thing is a learning curve for me, if i'm honest. I just wanted to see how realistic the accounts
looked.

Yes made it myself over the course of a evening- using shopify and a couple of the in built apps. Most of the time was spent getting to grips with how it all works opposed to the content, hence the pretty poor grammar in parts...

If it's a new site there can't be any FAQs. I bloody hate 'FAQs' because they're patently not, just trite bks cooked up by marketing in the hope they won't have to talk to customers. If there is information you wish to impart, impart it properly so people don't have to waste time asking questions.

On the shop page you show "Save £5.01" and the price, but no old price. I'd add the old price to the browsing screen like it is shown when you click on an individual item.

Probably me, but I couldn't easily see the address or number of the limited company as required in law (which does not need to be LTD in big letters biggrin)

The shop reco screen doesn't refer to covers, just iphone x etc.

Seems to be a random use of capital letters in the terms, for example:

of our products or Services

Your section mentions same items cannot be refunded - pretty sure its against the distance selling regs and would put me off purchasing any item as it makes it look like the company might try shirk it’s responsibilities.

Is something missing above?

"Chances are it's probably also in a case. Great for protecting your phone, not so great at protecting the planet- most phone cases are made from single use plastics, which as all know will still be with us in hundreds of years."

Quoted from your site.

You're absolutely right - my current phone is protected by a plastic case that cost £1.99. Your site doesn't actually give me any reason to consider replacing it - especially as it's actually protecting my second phone (battery died on first phone after 8 years) - I'm not seeing your USP?

If it was me with 1 product I’d be on Amazon and register the brand.

However I’ve got lots to tell you and I can’t be bothered typing, are you free for a call tomorrow?
