Got a strange warning on my T350 this weekend.

Brake Fluid Warning comes up on the dash and the handbrake light comes on. It happened a couple of times after hard breaking but i was able to cancel it.

Anyone else experienced this? Seems odd as i have never had to top up brake fluid in any car and there is no visible leak.... the fluid level is on the line of the plastic trim on the resevoir but i can't see max/min markers.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Guymarks,
I got the same warning on my T350C last week, brake fluid warning came up when I was braking hard down hill.
I checked the level which look ok and I was not losing any fluid.
I phoned TVR power, the service guy told me to top up the fluid, which I did and I have not had the warning up so it looks like it was that!
I opened the cap off the reservoir and used a large syringe to squirt some fluid in, bloody strange place to put the brake fluid reservoir bottle.

Cheers Conner, sounds very similar to what happened to me. Maybe its the weather? Mine does get pretty hot....

I have topped up the level too. It was a nightmare to reach and very hard to see what was going on in there.

Still, fingers crossed that will sort it. Shall have to go for a blast tonight and find out!

Had the same warning ... topped up, but after about a month the warning came back. Got it fixed, but turn out to be a very small leak in the clutch - costly job but not worth taking any chances with brakes etc.

Wish they would make the reservoirs easier to reach/check (water, oil, clutch/brake).

Mind you, it is easier than the Chimaera/Griffith where the clutch fluid was under a sealed panel.

Ow Swifty I really hope mine is not the same, although there can't be many other reasons for a drop in fluid....
