Can't work out how to upgrade Sky Talk package

As ever, going around in circles.
I just want to upgrade our current phone and broadband package from a pay as you talk setting to Talk Anytime. I can get as far as clicking a button to activate it, but all that does is take me to a page with options for upgrading my fibre (I can't, it's at the best available).
I can't talk to a human, as there a few staff available, so all upgrades MUST be done online only.
Just incredible that yet again I want to give someone my money, and they seem to make it difficult/impossible.
Mind you, the internet, and paying for services on the internet, has only been around for five minutes, perhaps I should give them a chance!
