Seat Leon Cupra 280, BMW M135i or Mk7 golf gti

I have been looking at a number of options to replace my current car including Audi S3's 8p and 8V, Volvo C30's and the golf R but I am wary of buying a older car and don't want to spend £15-16k on the newer S3 or Golf R. I now have a buyer for my car and have narrowed my choice to 3 cars trying to keep my budget below £12k. A 64 plate Leon Cupra 280 with 63k in red for £11400, a 63 plate BMW m135i with 55k on a 14 plate in white for £11700 or a Golf GTi on a 63 plate with 66k in red for £10800. It's a difficult decision and I haven't driven any of these cars so any advice would be appreciated. All the cars are a bit of a drive away too.
