The First Team - BBC3

Forgive me if anyone has already posted about this (cant see anything)

Had an hour spare last night and didn't want to watch a movie or start anything to heavy so jumped on this. From the team who did the Inbetweeners.

Basically about 3 people on the fringes of the Premiership first team. Enjoyed it with some good moments. Not quite up there with the Inbetweeners and only a few episodes in.

Any one watched this and is it worth carrying on?

I've been watching it on BBC2, it's on tonight after QI. It's OK, but you don't need telling that it's from the same people who made The Inbetweeners, do you? Some of the dialogue could be directly lifted from it, especially the American footballer (the footballer from America, that is) often sounds just like Will.

Ah I didn't release they are showing it on BBC2....Just went on BBC3 and started watching the series there.

Yeah knew it was from the guys that did the Inbetweeners and you're right....the American guy is Will.

A couple of Episodes in and I'm 50/50 to carry on . Just wondered if anybody had seen the whole thing and if it gets better as you get into the characters more or juts more of the same.

I've watched all of it and it's pretty much the same level all the way through.
If you're enjoying it you'll carry on enjoying it, if you're waiting for something to change, it doesn't.
