Countax C300H Tractor ignition prob

Hi all,
I have a countax c300h and putting the ignition switch to on the dashboard lights briefly flash then go out, and then cannot start with start button.
when switching the ignition on or off a relay clicks presumably from a relay within the dashboard.
have tried a fully charged battery, checked fuses, bad earths, seat switch, handbrake switch , multi-plug connections , basically any connections I could pull apart and reconnect.

Any ideas please?

Hit (tap, not smack) the starter motor with a hammer while turning the key, in case it has jammed?

thanks , but ive no power to starter or anything.....
