Bmw E38 sagging headlining

Hello how much and how much hassle is it to fix sagging headlining on a E38 7 series?

Someone told me it was very difficult and £800 but I’m sure I’ve seen videos on a Range Rover and it can be a cheap fix.

This is the How To my pal used in his 740i when he wanted to run some wiring for a rear reverse camera etc; but also, like you, to fix the sagging:

Not sure how he fixed the sagging, but think he just used simple spray contact adhesive he got from a local car re-trimmers; they used that specific one as it doesn't stain material etc
