Tramlining

My BMW m135i xdrive has started tram-lining after 11000 miles.
Tyres are the terrible Continental Ecosport6 with about 3000 miles left on front (yes I know!)https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/imgs/12.gif
The tram-lining is so bad that you feel like you are wrestling the wheel over lorry-ruts and road imperfections.
I dont think the geometry has taken a knock.
Any ideas as it's made the car crap to drive?
Will a change to Michelin PSS help?

99% it will be tyres, but get a geometry check just in case.

Are they run flat as my e89 zed4 has them and same feeling as described. Not ideal I agree.
