BMW E21 looking to modify

Good morning all
I managed to get my hands on a very nice bmw E21 315 this week and it’s always been a dream of mine to modify and old beemer and possibly go for a subtle stance look.
I know this will upset the OEM crew but it’s something I’ve always fancied sorry.
Can anybody recommend some good inexpensive coilovers that will bolt straight in?
Also I’m after wheel size / offset recommendations.
Any help would be appreciated
