Windows screen not centred

Ive been using a 32" sony tv for around 4 years now via hdmi to my pc. All working fine until last week and now the screen is not centred, ive tried going in to the intel graphics centre and selecting centre, stretch, maintain aspect ratio, maintain display scaling. Non of them seem to work. It is set to 1920 x 1080 which it always has been. Im at a loss as to why this has gone like this. The driver is up to date using the intel centre.

Just for arguments sake, have you tried resetting the TV?

Just tried on the tv - reset it back to factory and updated the firmware as well. Still no joy. Grrrr.

You'll need to chose the screen layout somewhere in the menu.

IE 16:9 4:3 probably a "Just Scan" option of something too....
