Spare Tail Light for V8?

Hi All.

I am asking for help from the UK members of the group.

My offside rear light had some condensation and was working intermittently. So, I split it, dried it out - but it still wasn’t right. Sent it off to an electrical engineer (greasley.co.uk) but the LEDs they need are out of stock with their supplier. It may be a 4 month wait. I can’t wait that long to drive my car! However, I’m loathe to buy a new light if I can help it.

So, I’m wondering if anyone has light (red or clear) in the back of a shed somewhere I can borrow? I’ll pay for shipping as needed.

I have a source for the LED blades if you fancy a DIY repair (and a few £hundred saved). Splitting and resealing the unit is the hardest bit, the LED blade swap isn't too difficult. PM me if interested.
