Sleep Apnoea Surgery - Private Surgery Abroad?

Thought Id start a thread on this as Im looking at booking it ASAP, post covid....
TL;DR getting dodgy surgery abroad, how to make sure I don’t die or end up worse?
Background:
I went to ENT about snoring. I had a sleep test and was getting 29 on the test. So was setup with a Resmed Airsense 10 and had an operation on my nose, a septoplasty & turbinate reduction. I'm 40 years old, 5' 11" and got my weight down to 11.5 stone (put some back on now)
I then had a score around 5 when using the machine. So the NHS has done its bit as far as it was concerned. Both the ENT consultant and anaesthetist said I dont look like a sleep apnoea patient and I shouldnt really have it. I discussed surgery options with the NHS ENT consultant but he said I would have to see a private clinic to get any advice on if suitable.
I really dont want to live with the machine for the rest of my life if possible. So have looked in to the surgery. These are the private procedures that Ive found:
1). Pillar Procedure (soft palate implants) - two plastic splints placed at the back of your throat under local anaesthetic to support the throat. No longer available in the uk, but can be done aboard.
2). Laser assisted Uvulopalatoplasty (LAUP procedure) - trimming on the back of the uvula & soft pallet.
3). Radio Thermotherapy (Radio Ablation) - toughens soft palate with radio waves.
4). Coblation - think this is the same as laser but heals quicker.
4). Injection in soft palate
5). Jaw extending surgery.
I doubt Im a candidate for the jaw surgery as my jaw line is reasonably strong and I have no over bite. Ive read that the injection comes with risks and only lasts a year. My NHS consultant told me he didnt recommend the injection. The pillar procedure is no longer available in the UK due to supply of the plastic splints. But can be done abroad.
Has anyone had any of the above procedures?
Its very hard to know what from the above would work best or even work at all. Its seams different private clinics and ENT specialists offer different solutions. So they will of course recommend whichever procedure their clinic does!
The exception to this is Medicover Hospital, Budapest, Hungary mysurgeryabroad.com They are the only clinic I could find world wide that put you to sleep, then inspect your throat with an endoscope. They based on there findings carry out either the LAUP (Laser Assisted Uvulopalatoplasty), RAUP (Radiofrequency-assisted uvulopalatoplasty) or the coblation.
Having never has any private treatment and especially outside the UK. Any advice on what due diligence I should do? Do I need some sort of travel for surgery insurance?
