How to buy a used car from a dealer?

Hey guys,
So tomorrow is a big day, I am going to look at 3 used cars, all at dealers and all with warranty.
The thing is, I have never bought a car from a dealer and to be honest, both of my car purchases were short term, cheap, necessary purchases.
My question is, what to look out for when looking at a car at a used car lot, what should I do and what should not I do, are the warranties provided by them are decent and same with finance.
As well test drives, which I have never done before, what are the etiquettes how long should it be.
I looked at all the common faults with the cars (Audi S3 8P) so I have a list of consumables and things to check, but is there anything that caught you out before?
